Ashworth Development represents over 15 years of experience in the development and entitlement of residential and commercial real estate. While we have focused most of our work in the Greater Puget Sound area, we also have experience throughout the Northwest including the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Services provided by Ashworth Development include:

Site Selection

Identify and evaluate sites that meet your criteria for location, exposure, traffic, pre-existing improvements or financial feasibility. Coordinate with seller/buyer representatives to obtain relevant information.

Preliminary Site Layout

Coordinate with jurisdiction and design professional to determine conceptual site layouts including size and massing of buildings as well as access and topographical constraints. Preliminary inspection of environmental critical areas (ECA’s).

Assembly of Submittal Documentation

Assemble survey, engineering, architectural and documentation for agency review.

Platting & Permitting

Coordinate between agency and design staff to complete platting and permitting in a timely and cost effective manner.

Utility Installation & Site Grading

Prior to platting and permitting many jurisdictions require site improvements such as utility installation and site grading. Ashworth works on the client’s behalf, coordinating with the agency and utility contractors, to complete these tasks.
