The two are just as committed to their industry, co-hosting Street Talk for NW News Radio-AM 1000, Seattle’s #1 weekend talk radio show airing on Sundays from 9-11AM, where they field listener questions on the local market. Born and raised in Seattle, he ventured off to Atlanta, GA for college where he attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. However, the pull of the Great Northwest brought him home to his roots. He loves his city through and through, and appreciates the ability to be a resource and to serve those in the community. He takes great joy in taking on the responsibility of acquiring or selling what can be someone’s greatest asset and making their goals & desires come to realization.

When not in work mode, you can usually find Albert with his lovely wife Jessica and 2 little girls walking the neighborhood of Capitol Hill, playing at one of the local parks, or crazily cheering on the Huskies & Seahawks in the fall.

Skyler has worked in the development and acquisition world of real estate in Seattle for the past five years. Through his experiences, Skyler has come to understand Seattle’s complex and ever-changing land use code. Using that knowledge, he is able to provide a tremendous amount of value to his clients on every transaction.

Outside of work, Skyler spends his time enjoying the outdoors. Golfing, hiking, skiing, and just a few of the activities he participates in. He and his girlfriend Kristin own a home in Ballard and enjoy exploring the variety of restaurants in the area.

John Cowan is the strategist and navigator of the Windermere partnership, Home Docket, formed with friend and business partner, Bryan Loe. John finds the dynamic nature of real estate exciting and motivating. His intuition and expertise allow him to look to the future for Home Docket’s business and the real estate market.

John was born with an entrepreneurial nature; he opened his first business at 19 years old. John grew up in the Seattle area, attending Eastside Catholic and Seattle Central Community College. After owning and managing multiple businesses, John moved in to real estate in 2008 at the urging of friend and former coworker, Bryan. Starting just months before the recession, John’s business acumen was quickly tested. John and Bryan developed a thriving business partnership despite the downturn.

John stays busy outside of work with wife Heidi, 9-year-old son Hudson, and 6-year-old son Bennett. The family enjoys Seahawks and Mariners games, camping, and the boys’ many activities. John has summitted Mt Rainier twice, traveled extensively, and is the chef in the family.
